In the past you would contact a nearby general practice attorney who would for a flat-fee draw up a Last Will and Testament.  These "estate plans" were basically cut-and-paste forms which seldom met the individual and unique circumstances of each client.  Scott and Francisco realized that even though other creative legal solutions were available, attorneys were not using them and many clients' concerns were not being fully addressed.

About Us

Scott A. Hill, Esq.

Scott Hill brings over two decades of experience in finance, business and law to Sirvent and Hill.  After earning degrees in Economics and Business Administration in the Midwest, Scott worked as a registered representative at Protective Group Securities, an investment banking firm, until relocating to Arizona in 1991.  He continued his education in Physics and Law at ASU, culminating in a juris doctorate in 1999.  Scott values helping others protect their investments and assets, as evidenced by his law practice's focus on patent law and estate planning.  His dedication to superior client communication and outstanding work product prompted him to join WealthCounsel, a collaborative network of more than 1,000 law firms nationwide, in 2006.  Scott has been married to his beautiful wife, Jennifer, for 8 years, and he is very proud of the caring and compassion she provides as a medical doctor at the Mayo Clinic.

Francisco P. Sirvent, Esq.

Born in a Midwest town where his parents started to raise him and his three sisters, Francisco later moved to Arizona -- where he now calls “home”.  Francisco graduated from the University of Arizona at the top of his class, obtaining a bachelor of science in Agricultural & Biosystems Engineering.  In 2006, he graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University with a certificate in Law, Science & Technology for his completion of coursework and thesis in cross-topic legal issues as they affected various legal, scientific and technical disciplines.  Immediately upon graduating, Francisco began working as an associate attorney with the law firm of Helm & Kyle, Ltd. in a busy civil litigation practice.  Six months after graduation, he worked alongside the trial team in successfully reducing a potential $100 million dollar claim to a jury verdict of approximately $500,000.  Francisco co-founded the Sirvent & Hill, PLC law firm in 2007 as a model law firm with its primary goal of providing unsurpassed client-centered service.  He is a member of WealthCounsel, a national organization of leading estate planning professionals.  He has been married to his wonderful wife, Nicole, for six years and has beautiful six-month old twins, Isabella and Gabriel.
